How To: Suppress or Prevent Blank Merge Tags from Displaying
Read this article if you want to avoid line breaks when there is no data for a merge tag.
To indicate Publigo to skip an empty value, simply add your markers in a table.
1. Click on Insert > Table and add as many rows as you need for your merge tags:
2. Insert individual markers in their own row:
3. Hide the table by setting the border color to white:
4. Your template is ready!
Now, if Publigo doesn't find any value for a merge tag, the cell will be automatically skipped without any line break:
