How does it work?
With Publigo, you can set up Merge rules and specify conditions to automatically skip records that don't meet your specific requirements. Let's say you're evaluating a dataset of job applicants, and you only want to create documents for candidates who have successfully passed a technical interview. Normally, you would need to manually sift through each record, checking for the "Passed" remark and deciding whether to proceed or not.

How to use
We’re going to use the scenario above for this walkthrough:
In the Publigo main page, click More actions > Merge rules > Skip Record If.
Specify the criteria needed for your document merge.
Using our example, we will generate job offer letters only for applicants who:
- Received the "Passed" remark in their interviews.
- Applicants with remarks other than "Passed" (e.g., Failed Technical Interview, Pending HR Interview) will be skipped.
To do this:
A. Select the relevant Marker (interview remarks in our example).
B. Under Condition, specify the criteria (Is different than in our case).
C. Enter the value in the Compare to field (“Passed”).
D. Click SAVE for the changes to take effect.
Info: These are the parameters and the available options for our Skip Record If feature:

But you will also see that Publigo will skip records that do not meet rule #1 that we specified (interview remarks Is different than "Passed").
You can see Publigo's intelligent algorithm in action as it automatically identifies and excludes irrelevant records swiftly using the specified criteria - ensuring that your document merge process remains accurate and reliable.
