Use an existing template from your Gallery

Note: You need to have an existing template uploaded to your domain first before you can follow this tutorial. If you haven't done so yet, follow our tutorial on how to Add a New Template to the Gallery

Use Publigo's built-in template

By default, Publigo only has 1 built-in Google Slides template from the Gallery that's actively linked to Google Forms and prefab label templates. To use these:

Open Publigo > under  What is your data source?, select Spreadsheet

Click SELECT TEMPLATE

Click Templates gallery (Your saved templates).

Select the relevant Templates gallery option for your use case:

(A)  Search a labels template 
- Choose this if you want to create labels.

(B)  Template with Spreadsheets
- Choose this if the template will be linked to Google Sheets.
(C)  Template with Forms 
- Choose this if the template will be linked to Google Forms.

Use templates uploaded to your domain

If you prefer to use your own uploaded templates:

Open Publigo > under  What is your data source?, select Spreadsheet

Click SELECT TEMPLATE

Click Templates gallery (Your saved templates) > choose your uploaded template (📌 business letter in our example).

Click SELECT THIS TEMPLATE.

The uploaded file from the Templates Gallery is now ready to be used (📌 Business letter in our example).
